we should have some games or something that gives us rewards. like predictions or challenges? the winners can win a 3rd pick or extra +2 upgrade or a mystery player? maybe a random youngish guy on the ufa list could get upgraded to a usable overall and given to a winner? this is just off the top of my head but i think it would be great for activity and get guys excited to chase down some bonus shit.

EA sims has a predictor that is pretty cool. We could do something similar. Monthly winners could get a 3rd, or maybe an extra +1 for upgrades. The winner of the season could get a good UFA boosted to 80 or 82 who comes with a long term cheap contract?
We would need someone to look after the predictor though. Someone really active and commited to the idea.

It's a good idea but things like this always fall out of favour in sim leagues. Unless the person(s) in charge are really committed to the idea.
