It's basically a free cut. You want to get rid of someone that brings the least value for their $ but also balance that with term. You might have a shorter term contract that worse, but another one that has 5-6 years left. I would say your best bet would be RW Zack Kassian PWF 82 (29) 3.2M UFA 2024, but that's my opinion bc I don't think he's worth that money and you certainly don't want him at that for another 4 years.
