karlsson will be 37 years old at the end of his contract. he will downgrade with a huge contract. weegar could easily become a top 4 and tippett is my best prospect. my roster isnt great so its not unrealistic to think my 1st could be a top 10 or even top five pick.

Stralman is just the trash thrown in there for overalls.
I don’t understand SJS in this. He refused my good, young dmen, but somehow wants stralman, who may be around for 2 more years and who’s contract won’t be great.

Tippett is good but only a 79 at 21 years old, likely to only hit max 84. Saarella will pretty much stay the same and so will Weegar. The difference between Weegar’s overall and Karlsson is 33MPU points.

I feel like Florida really isn’t losing anything that hurts. I don’t know why SJS doesn’t walk away if he isn’t getting at least Ekblad.

i offered ekblad but he didnt want him. this is his proposal. these are the pieces he wants from me. i get that you wouldnt do this but it doesnt mean its not fair. the deal gives him parts he wants and needs now and in the future. the guy wants to move karlsson and hes shown several times now what hes looking to get for him. time to let some trades go through here fellas
