That's according to Miiko are you sure he wasn't referring to 2M for RFA players? In this league any player who makes OVER 1,000,000 will have to go through waivers. Players who are RFA at the end of their contract with a cap hit of 2.000m or under, and players on their entry level contracts, are waiver exempt. rockemsockemsims.proboards.com/thread/16/waiversEDIT: If there is something to do with overalls, like if 82 overall or higher have to go thru waivers no matter what, might want to put it in rules and make an announcement. It's info that needs to be known for when GMs sign players in UFA

I agree it should be listed in the written rules, but he's definitely told people about the overalls

I’m not really sure why it isn’t listed there. I swear it was in there originally.
It’s supposed to say “who makes OVER 1,000,000 OR is above an 80 OA”
We didn’t want the AHL to be full of 80+. The only reason it isn’t just clear cut 1M+ or 80+ OA is you can send entry level guys down. That’s the only exception
