I'm pretty sure these matchups are off, 2nd should be playing the highest wildcard, no? It’s right, it just looks weird because the Metro is so strong. Division winners (TBL/CBJ) play the WC (PIT/CAR). Florida was 3rd in their division, but 8th place in conference
