Alright, I know I am not a staff member. But the staff here knows me well enough to listen to my opinion and I know other GM's agree with me.
The Blues GM is purposely wrecking a great team. The team is well rounded and was enjoying a fantastic season. I understand making trades to get players the GM likes, but purposely downgrading to ruin them because they do not like the team is absolutely retarded. It makes GM's like me pissed off and it's not fun to watch a GM give away good players off a great team with the purpose of wrecking the team in mind.
In my opinion, GM's should pick teams they like or at least play without such stupid purposes.

the blues gm is saying and doing that would get you banned elsewhere. I dont think it is fair to the next blues gm or other teams because whoever gets the good trade from St louis gets an advantage winning a trade

Since he's doing it to wreck the team he isn't getting the best value. And if he leaves the next GM will come in and be like WTF happened to all this teams good players and why do I just have picks and shit?

I think some of this falls on the gms that are trading with him too. As far as I can tell, he's a new gm. I don't recognize his handle name. If some gms are offering him crap deals trying to rip him off then what does that say about them. People downgrade and trade for players they like all the time. The deal I made with him was completely fair. I offered him comparable players for players I liked. I actually asked about Tarasenko but he wouldn't move him, so he does know something .

Both the Devils and Blues accounts were deleted Nucks. haha. I'm pretty sure they were the same guy, so he knew he was caught and deleted both of them.
