I'm going to reject this one. Maybe I'm alone in this but I think it'd be proving Calgary's point on the mods flip flopping on each trade, I don't like the idea that star players can be traded for future picks and middling prospects. I don't think this trade is anywhere near as bad as the Pastrnak one, but I still think it suffers from the same issues.

Accept, Bergeron is 35, he's going to be going downhill from here. Could have potentially receive a better main piece, but Olofsson sims well and has decent 'potential'. The picks could turn into a top 6F/Top 4 D, The rest is decent or can be decent depth. It's not ideal, but Bergeron is 35.

Not even close considering Tampa's Picks will almost have zero value especially after picking up Bergeron for nothing. This is basically a horrible simming Olofsson  for Bergeron and then they have to pay half of Bergeron's contract also. The prospects aren't prospects at all. I think this is worse than the Calgary/Boston trade as Tampa is giving up nothing at all of any value to him. Rejected. and yes Boston/Calgary you would have my vote now on your trade

I think you're making Bergeron being 35 sound worse than it is. Iirc Bergeron is at Point per game or close to it, his regression will be minimal and he's only under contract for 2 more years.
