What's this being simmed on? The overalls seem a lot different from here NHL21 I imagine the rosters here were modified by Crank, since he has a clear grasp on what accurate ratings should be - however we are running with default EA rosters since our upgrades work differently than here. Performance Upgrades/Downgrades are the foundation of HLS and have a major impact on ratings, so we are starting with the default ratings (minus a few prospects and key players) so that there is not an influx or dilution of players rated 84-87, which was an issue the last couple eras. We also have an AHL season simmed so GMs can set their AHL lines and maximize on their minor prospects development instead of solely relying on MPU/APU. Also looking at adding a World JRs component so GMs can scout players for upcoming drafts and receive bonus performance upgrades on their prospects that are in JRs. These default ratings will give GMs a chance to really invest into players they want to succeed, and also make trades that are more realistic, when there are only a few guys rated 87+ to start, while avoiding the occurring issue of high overall players playing on lower tier lines. |

The TEAM SELECTION DRAFT has been moved up to DECEMBER 31ST - @6:00PM (tomorrow night) since we have Rosters completed and are just shy of the total GMs needed.
We need 2 more GMs added and we can go ahead and start the TEAM SELECTION LOTTERY today to determine the order for the TEAM SELECTION DRAFT.
