MPU Pre-season Upgrade

This league will use a very simple upgrade system. Every team gets 6 upgrade points to use however they wish, on any player, any age.

You can use all 6 points on one player, or you can spread them out. Limit of players you can upgrade is 3.

**Note: You cannot use this on a player you just MLU'd.
