MLU Pre-season Upgrade

[New York Rangers GM]

You get +6 MLU points.

The player must be:

- Under 30 years old (so 29 and 364 days old MAX).
- Maximum rating of 80 overall for players, and 82 for a goalie to be given. (Meaning players must be 79, and 81 OA to be eligable for upgrade.)
- Maximum games played in the NHL in the previous season is 40, and goalies a max of 40 games as a backup.(Playoff games are not included.) **N/A This season.
- You are allowed a minimum of 1 player and a max 3 players to upgrade.
- Each GM will be given +6 to use towards upgrading their minor leaguers in any way they like.
-Any player rated below 74 OA will get an auto boost to 76, using just +2 of your points. So a 69 would become a 76, and you'd still have +4 to spend on other players.

The +2 to under 74 OA we'll call a +2SB (+2 Super Boost)

Actually, maybe you can... hmmm... that's a tough one. I guess being that it's MLU, not MPU you're ok, but the limit is 80. So you can only add +4 to him not +6.
