In the draft there will be 62 players with dynamic overalls.
Your roster can only contain 3 years worth of picks. We don't want to trade picks for the 2037 draft quite yet. lol

Rookies are automatically given a three year contract, with a cap hit according to their draft position. All ELCs are waiver exempt.
1st overall = 4.0M
2nd overall = 3.85M
3rd overall = 3.5M
Picks 4 - 6 = 3.0M
Picks 7 - 10 = 2.5M
Picks 11 - 12 = 2.0M
Picks 13 - 18 = 1.5M
Picks 19 - 24 = 1.0M
Picks 25 - 39 = .950M
Picks 40 - 62 = .875M
