I'm going to reject. Prospal's a UFA this year... there's not need for Jackets to pay his entire contract... Impressive you got it in right at midnight though lol Rejected.

for a kid like foligno, who can be developed into an NHL calibre player in 2 seasons, its pretty fair IMO.

Not for Prospal's full cap hit. That's just my opinion, Sharks... Prospal might be old, and he MAY retire this off season, but in the game (and in real life) Prospal is still a VERY useful commodity; and I am speaking from experience here.
He's not, say, a Selanne, exactly... BUT you'll find that you get very similar production out of him, even if it is mostly with helpers.
That's why I reject this. It's not personal. I'm not oppose to team's paying some of a player's cap to keep themselves under cap, but not the whole thing. As good as the deal is, paying his entire cap isn't right. Again, my opinion. You've got 1 accept from Stars... maybe other Mods will feel agree... I just can't; on principle... not because I think it's a bad deal.

what if he pays 2.3M Funny enough... You know me better than that. How often have you ever seen me pay less than a majority of a cap, in this type of situation?
